PAMELA (ELLA) RICH

Originally from the Walden Pond area of Massachusetts, Ella has worked and lived all over the world, and she now resides in Seattle with her husband Chris Cody. Ms. Rich has professional roots in Hatha Yoga, Holistic Nutritional Consulting, and International Marketing and PR. Ella has always been “a holistic kind o’ gal.” Her quest for all things naturally good led her to flower essences.

Recalls Ella: “A friend of mine in Colorado first taught me how to make flower essences and connect with the healing spirit of nature in Boulder. We would gather special flowers that grew near her home and capture their essences. She would also integrate the vibrational medicine essences into the water colors that she painted and the food she made. Years later it came together for me when I learned about Dr. Edward Bach and the extensive history behind flower essence therapy. Today, many European doctors prescribe flower essences in conjunction with Western medicine. Bach’s philosophy really resonates with me, that to heal the physical ailment, one’s emotional and life needs must also be addressed and balanced.”

Ella went on to study Flower Essence Healing formally in Boulder and Crestone, Colorado, with Zita Xavier. Ella is dedicated to the distribution of and education about flower essences for well-being and fun.
